What happens once I have validated my order?
Once your order is validated, you will automatically receive an order validation and confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us here: al-zawja@outlook.fr . We typically prepare your order in less than 24 hours. However, this timeframe may be longer depending on the number of orders to be processed. Your package is then shipped in less than 48 hours (under the same conditions as order preparation), depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. When your package is shipped, you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number. You will then be able to track your package until delivery. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the delivery area.
I haven't received my package, what should I do?
If you haven't received your package, please first check the delivery status using the tracking number we emailed you. If the problem persists, contact us at al-zawja@outlook.fr , providing all the necessary details, including your order number and the tracking number. We will assess the situation and, depending on the circumstances, we will compensate you by sending a replacement package (subject to availability) or by issuing a partial or full refund.
I don't like my order, can I return it?
• It is essential to carefully consider and review all necessary information before making a purchase. Since no item details are withheld from you, returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available for manufacturing defects and/or errors in order preparation. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy section.
I received the wrong item(s)
Don't panic! Although rare, if you receive the wrong order or an incorrect item, please contact us by email. We will send you a return label to send back the incorrect items. Upon receipt, we will immediately ship the correct order with the right items. You will not be charged any fees, either for the return shipping or for receiving the new order. It is also possible that some items may be out of stock in the meantime. In this case, we will issue a refund.
My order has defects and/or an error.

I wish to cancel my order.
• Given our fast and efficient order preparation service, it is not possible to cancel an order more than 24 hours after placing it (and this only applies if the item has not yet been processed within 24 hours, in which case, if the item has been processed before these 24 hours, cancellation will not be possible).
Are all the articles on your site labeled with your brand name?
• All the items on our website are made in-house. Al Zawja Modesty is an independent brand and does not resell any other brands, with the exception of items imported directly from Egypt, which we resell on an exceptional and clearly defined basis.
